California Hotdog Wrap

This quick and easy hotdog tortilla wrap will be your new family favorite. It’s topped with bacon, cheese and onions and grilled to perfection.

We love throwing parties with a hotdog bar and this is by far my favorite dog! It can be done with a regular bun but the cheese has to be melted in the microwave.

Start by boiling your hotdogs and cooking the bacon slices. When they are fully cooked, get your grill preheating and start assembling the tortillas. For each tortilla, add one hotdog, two slices of bacon, and your desired amount of onions and cheese. Mine usually end up with about 1/4 cup of both.

As you roll up your tortillas, fold in each end like a burrito to keep it all from spilling out. Throw them all on the grill or panini press until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is slightly crisp.

These hold in the heat so I recommend slicing them in half and letting them cool for 5 minutes before eating.
