Boil hot dogs until cooked through, approximately 7 minutes.

While hot dogs are boiling cook bacon slices.

Lay out tortillas and add to each: 1 hot dog, 2 bacon slices, 1/4C cheese and 1/4C onion.

Tuck in ends of tortilla and roll tightly.

Cook on medium heat for 7 minutes on a grill or panini press.

Slice in half and serve.
